Delivery Policy
We offer free shipping within South Africa on all orders. For international orders, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.
Shipping Times:
- Downpipes: Typically shipped within 3-5 days from the date of order.
- Exhausts: Typically shipped within 10-15 days from the date of order.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on factors such as customs delays, shipping provider restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Costs:
- South Africa: Free shipping on all orders.
- International Orders: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order size.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving the email.
Customs and Duties:
For international orders, please note that customs duties or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. Strada Performance is not responsible for these fees, and they are the responsibility of the customer. Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your product does not meet your expectations or doesn’t fit, we offer a simple returns and exchange process.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required for returns or exchanges.
How to Return an Item:

- Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return.

- Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method, or arrange for an exchange, depending on your preference.
Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, model, or product, please follow the return process and specify that you would like to exchange the item. Once we receive the returned product, we will ship the replacement as soon as possible.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Installation services: Installation services are not refundable, as these are separate from product purchases.
- Custom-made items: Products that are custom-made or tailored to specific customer requirements are not eligible for return or exchange.
Damaged or Faulty Items:
